So...it's finally over!

Results are out and frankly...it wasn't all that surprising yet it was still a shock. As a few people are saying...the people have spoken.

The people are tired and confused as the all-mighty past gov would say one thing yet do another. Also it is clear that the people are willing to take a chance and jump off into the unknown rather than face another 4 years under the rule of people who have promised time and time again yet failed to deliver.

Learn something from this and hopefully (yeah, hopefully) it's a rude awakening that'll galvanize you into getting off your big behinds (other than during election periods) and actually DOING the things you've promised. I don't support any specific party...be it the rocket or the scale. I support a better future (or I'm going to Canada!!) and we'll see where it goes from here.

But hey...all said and done, Penang is now a DAP controlled state...we'll see how it goes now won't we? And to all the doubters out there, give them a chance...if by the next election they have shown they aren't capable of ruling, then excercise your rights again and vote for who YOU think can do it then. Great countries aren't built in a day but by trial and error.
