I've not really been online for awhile so when I popped over to Kennysia.com for a read, I was really surprised...not by the post which was pretty shocking...but by the way people reacted.

Check this out >> Click!

It tells of an accident which he witnessed first-hand...and it was a horrific one no doubt. But then, he comes under fire for taking photos at the scene of the accident. Some people said it was tasteless...unethical...etc etc...

Honestly, I think people have been shooting off their mouths again.

First question : What was the point of the post?

(I think) To show people the consequences of driving recklessly...or not in a safe way...etc...basically, the motives were good. Then we get out flamers who (insist) that he's doing it for fame.

*sighs*

If you ask me, that's the tasteless thing to say. Why not say Paris Hilton got famous for that porn clip? Or Lindsay for her wild ways? And btw, who cares? Cos at the end of the day...there are millions who secretly wish they were like that.

Second question : WHY take photos? Why not help??

If you've never been in a bad accident or seen one, you wouldn't understand. We think we can be real everyday heroes...we think that when the time is right, we'll be strong and do what's right. I'm sure THAT's what happens when you see a screaming woman and a man running off with her purse. You SAY you'll help. But let me tell you at that moment you'll be wondering if its worth it...or if you could even help...then the window of opportunity slams shut and you shrug it off.

When I was in my bad accident I was clear-headed...not panicky...but scared. The people who stopped didn't come to help till they realized we were alive. Why not? Because everybody knows that even though you are a certified First Aider you CANNOT move the victim. Even then they only helped us out of the crushed car when they realized we were moving by ourselves (that and the fact that the engine was smoking and the petrol was leaking)!!

After we recovered from shock...we took photos ourselves. Not OF ourselves but of the wreckage...the scene....and what for? To show off?? To say that would be utterly tasteless and STUPID. I know I took pictures to make myself feel better and to remind myself to watch out for arses who can't wait their turn to over take. (You'll understand if you knew why I was in the accident in the first place! Cis!)

Taking pictures actually helped with the fear and the people around us were kind and helpful...I know I didn't mind them taking photos!!

Which bring me to my next question...

Third question : Who does it offend?

They were already dead and there was nothing else to do...he only wanted to show us the consequences of dangerous driving but he gets flamed anyways. Why kick up a fuss if you weren't involved??

Was it as ETHICALLY WRONG as journalists taking pictures of the Pakistani Man who set himself on fire deliberately?? Their job is to report but they tried to talk him out of it...they snapped then they ran to help. They did their job and THEN did what was right. Was that wrong? If YOU can judge decisively please go write a thesis about it cos it's still being disputed. Was it wrong of the newspapers to print it on the FRONT PAGE??

How can we ever know what's right or wrong?? And who are WE to judge? Who are we to say who lives and who deserves to die? I know it's a bit cliched but you get da point.

Anyways, my condolences to the family...I hope and pray the little girl is fine and may she get through this.

To those with many opinions...please...take a minute and think. There s nothing wrong with stating an opinion...just be careful how you state it. And by the way, stepping on people just makes YOU the bad person. So...think...just think again.
