Last night, as Chiew was resizing, posting, cropping and generally admiring our camwhore attempts on her blog, she suddenly got that look on her face...

"Jo, you need to pluck your eyebrows la.."

I, who was innocently reading "Pride and Prejudice" (yupz I finally got the book! Whee!!), was startled.

"Huh?"
"I pluck for you ok?"

Now, lemme just say this...I have known for ages that my eyebrows are in desperate need of some clearing...(they resemble "Bushmen eyebrows"!!) but previous attempts with tweezers or whatever contraption is needed to clear the eyebrows have always resulted in considerable pain! (Yes, I am a baby with low pain tolerance...bite me!)

So guess what was my reaction when she got up and took out her tweezers??

I dived under the covers like the baby I was and began to whine.

"Don't wannnnnn!! PAINN!!"
"Not painful wan la....if you know how to do it!"
"It will HURT!!"
"Haiyoo, I've been doing it for so long! It does NOT hurt!"

This continued for a while before I finally gave in.

"Promise not painful wan ya?"
"Yalah!!"

So I squinch my eyes and wait for the pain.

"Oik! The more you expect pain sure got pain wan la!"

So...I relax. Suddenly...

"See? Not pain wan right?"

Ookie....so I let her continue. So now, I have two cleared eyebrows...not shaped, but cleared....

I LOVE YOU BABEZ!!! Lolz!!!

*I omitted alot more whining on my part so as not to appear like the big baby I truly am... *blush*
