I really do NOT like Maybank!! LOUSY!!!!

You'd think that Malaysia's biggest bank would give really good service but nooooo!! That day, I needed to go to Maybank cause for reasons unknown, Sushi King chose Maybank to dispense the wages.

I went (courtesy of my cousin) to the Maybank in Ayer Hitam...only to be told that the system was down. Ok.... so we went to the Greenlane Maybank. Upon walking in, I realized that there were so few staff!! In fact, the SECURITY GUARD gave me the forms to fill!! WTF!!! Having morning kopi a?? So I sat there filling up the forms and queing up in line. As I reached, I was told that I had to fill in ANOTHER form which was three pages (back AND front making it a total of 6 pages...)!!!

I realized that there were people in line behind me, so naturally, I stepped out of line to fill out my form as any DECENT human being would have! After finishing, I stepped back into line. As the lady in front of me finished, she stepped away and a *toot*-ing girl in purple cut into the line!! I was fuming but I decided not to make a fuss. Then, the *toot*-ing girl proceeded to slowly fill in the same blasted form I was given at the counter!! After half-an-hour, I really wanted to go and give her a piece of my mind, but the man behind me beat me to it (whoopiee!!)!

He stepped up to her and told her off.

Man: It is very inconsiderate of you to stand here filling up your forms! You should go to the table and stop wasting all our time!

The girl just stared at him and CONTINUED filling up the damned form (much slower might I add!!) The girl behind the counter looked up from her computer, (God only knows what she was doing!!) and gave him a glare. Excuse me? The GIRL was causing the whole line to be held up!!

FINALLY, she was done and moved away. I went up and handed her the form and was subsequently directed to TWO more counters before waiting for a lengthy period for them to process my documents. *fume*

After collecting my ATM Card and Bank Book, I solemnly swore NEVER to EVER use Maybank in the future!! I might DIE of old age waiting to be served!!!

All in all, it took a grand total of about THREE HOURS to WAIT for them to do their jobs! Disgraceful!! >.<

After which, I went with my cousin to Prangin and ate at Fresh Food...yummy Curry Prawn Rice!! Walked around for a long time and bought two CDs, a Jackie Cheung Collection and Zhao Wei Double. Finally went back home at about 7-ish.

Dad picked me up from my cousin's house and as it was raining, we decided to "ta pau" MacDonalds. Stopped at the Greenlane McDs (incidentally the Drive Through is now open 24 hours!! : D) and ordered food. As we pulled out of the line and back into traffic, something kept nagging at me...that I had forgotten something or that something was wrong. On the way back, I realized what was bugging me! Our McValue Meal was lacking FRIES!!! They FORGOT to give us fries!! Darn! Dismissing it cause we didn't want to turn back, we went home sans fries.

LoL! Next time I order...I'll make sure I have everything before leaving! Hehehe!!
