My first intro to Shōnen-ai!!

Once when I went to the Popular Book Fair at the KLCC (Convention Centre) I saw an anime...it was cheap...only 12 eps...and I decided NOT to buy it. DAMN!!!!!!! Should have bought it!!!!!!!

Well, just recently I stumbled on it again in Veoh.com and being curious I decided to watch it. It's the FUNNIEST anime I've watched and I wish it was longer than 12 eps!! But if you are an alpha male or cannot accept the idea of cross-dressing I suggest you stop right here!

Synopsis:
Tooru Kouno tranfers to an elite all-boy's school due to some problems with his adopted family (We'll know what it is later in the series! Hehe!) and is surprised when he gets a fleeting glimpse of a girl on the first day of school. Confused, he is even more surprised when he meets his deskmate and roomate, Yuujiro Shihoudani, who is extremely pretty for a guy. Later, he finds out about the Princess system, created to "break up the monotony of life surrounded by nothing but males."

Basically, pretty guys dress up as girls and attend school functions. The other Princesses, Yuujiro and Mikoto Yutaka (the "girl" he first saw) are known as the Western and Eastern Princesses respectively due to room location. Tooru gets nominated to be a Princess and accepts after hearing about the "luxuries" awarded to the Princesses. This makes for some funny stuff, not to mention the fact that Mikoto is super reluctant to be a Princess! Along the way, we get to know more about the guys and their issues, not to mention a cast of really funny characters!

Super entertaining due to all the facial expressions and going ons!! If you aren't bothered by guy guy relationships and cross-dressing, I'd suggest watching this anime!! Apparently this anime is very similiar to Ouran Host Club...hmm...should check it out!

Ps : Yes I know my Finals are next week... *sighs* Gambateh yo!
