I know I haven't been blogging much lately....it's been pretty stressful what with it being our second-last week here (YAY! Lolzz) and all the projects and proposals have to be finalized.

Somehow, the prospect of going home is so.......unbelievable that I can't even get excited about going to Sydney...I just kinda wanna go back to the Land of Food Available at Every Hour! Ahakz!

Anyways, updates of the week....on Monday night, Chiew and I had our very first, ceiling-shaking, thunder-crashing, earth-shaking (you get the point) FIGHT!!

What was it about?
Chiew's infidelity! >.<

I was getting real tired of Chiew's roving eye(s) and to hit on someone in front of me? Like HELLO! I'm HERE!

So anyways, it kinda escalated into a screaming/yelling match with both of us trying to best each other with accusations. It got so heated it just kinda melted into a huge MUSH of gibberish! I had no idea what the heck Chiew was yelling....heck I don't even know what I was yelling!
(I think we need to apologize to poor Peter next door...ahakz!)

Tuesday......I can't for the life of me remember what I did on Tuesday...bah!

Met up with Chiew for a reconciliation dinner at Ahmet's (Turkish restaurant) on Wednesday night. We made plans to meet up at the (artificial) beach but since I couldn't call (no credit) and Chiew had no battery....we were both sitting at opposite ends of the beach for some time! Thank goodness I decided to go for a little stroll.....

Ahmet's was fantastic! The atmosphere was pretty cool, not to mention the belly-dancing that night! I was sitting there staring at my menu when I heard a jangle of bracelets. I turned around and WHOOSH! The cane she was dancing with whizzed past my eyes!! Scary!!! But boy could she shake! Not up to Shakira level but still...very impressive! Anyways, when she put down the cane and was coaxing some dude to dance with her, I scuttled over to Chiew's side so I could see better AND make sure I wasn't bantai-ed on the head!

It was really funny to see the guy trying to copy her movements...actually it was plain hillarious! She would do something real simple...and he's copy it really clumsily, then she'd lull him into a sense of security then suddenly launched into full-out moves. The poor dude will then make an ass outta himself trying to copy! Lolz!!

The food was pretty much ok...but the service really really sucked! So bloody unfriendly plus when we walked in, the fella was like, "Follow me." Then he dumped us at a table and without asking us if we wanted water of anything, he just went of without a word. WTF??
Then when the food came, they missed out on Chiew's soup...and they just dumped MY soup on the table. I asked what soup was it? The guy was like, "Lamb soup." Really really curtly.
Hello? You are working in the SERVICE industry!!! I'm not asking for much I just want you to be POLITE dammit!

Then when my main course came, I was rather peeved. When I ordered I asked what MEAT it was and she went LAMB. I can swear that the meat placed in front of me was anything BUT lamb. It was BEEF la for crying out loud! Can't you even tell the difference?? You work there for goodness sakes!! Not to mention the fact that they just grabbed our plates without asking if we were finished! I have more to complain about but I'll save it for the e-mail we're gonna send to the management!

Thursday night (last night) Chiew cooked CHICKEN RICE!!! WHEE!!! It was uber uber uber delicious!! Thank you darling!!!

When Chiew pottered around cooking, I just sat there....thinking. Then I said it.
"One....more....week...."

I memang cari pasal wan ahakz!!

But dinner was fantastic! We had it with Dan....and then we went up to watch a movie. What movie? Lolz! I think I'll let Chiew tell you what movie! *grinz*

Neeways, gotta go back to the grindstone...can't WAIT to finish it all!!
